County Council and Committee of the Whole Convene Virtually Tuesday, November 17th for Final Sessions of Legislative Year 2020
The Prince George’s County Council, and Committee of the Whole (COW), will convene virtually for the final time in Legislative Year 2020 on Tuesday, November 17, at 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon respectively.
Council session will include the introduction of Council Resolutions, Proposed Correspondence, several Public Hearings and legislation eligible for a full Council vote. COW will address Council Resolutions, including CR-125-2020, legislation concerning Prince George’s County’s seventh continued Declaration of Emergency, and CR-127-2020, Health in all Policies legislation.
Council and COW sessions will be available for public viewing. Residents are encouraged to view the meeting live and on demand HERE. This meeting format is consistent with Maryland’s Open Meetings Act and restrictions resulting from the state of emergency declared by Governor Hogan.
