The 2018 Tax Credit Reform Commission will present its final report to the Prince George’s County Council during session beginning at 1:30 p.m., on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, in the County Administration Building, 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Drive in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
The Tax Credit Reform Commission, established by Council Resolution CR-9-2018, is charged with addressing the effectiveness, utilization and efficacy of tax credits imposed in the County and recommend reform of the tax credit policy based on the review and deliberations of the commission.
