County Connections, Making Intentional Connections Event – May 18
Prince George’s County Council Member Deni Taveras (D) – District 2, in partnership with the Office of Central Services Supplier Development and Diversity Division, will host County Connections – Making Intentional Connections, a business forum designed to highlight public and private procurement opportunities in Prince George’s County. The forum will be held on Friday, May 18, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Rollingcrest Community Center, 6120 Sargent Road, in Hyattsville, Maryland.
County Connections - Making Intentional Connections will feature panel discussions on procurement opportunities available to Prince George’s County business owners. Representatives from the financial industry will also be on hand to discuss funding opportunities. Organizations to be represented include Purple Line Transit Partners, BB&T Bank, FSC First, Corvias, MGM National Harbor, Prince George's County Department of Public Works and Transportation and the Prince George’s County Redevelopment Authority.
Council Member Taveras encourages local business owners to attend for additional information and insight on public and private procurement process.
