[ARCHIVED] COUNCIL MEMBER OBIE PATTERSON HOSTS STATE OF DISTRICT 8 COMMUNITY MEETING

District 8 Residents Encouraged to Attend for Important Community Updates


Prince George’s County Council Member Obie Patterson (D) of District 8 will host the 8th Annual State of District 8 Community meeting on Saturday, March 31, 2018 11:00 a.m. at the Oxon Hill Library.


The 8th Annual State of District 8 Community Meeting will feature updates from Council Member Patterson, and presentations from Pepco Governmental & External Affairs, Dept. of Public Works & Transportation (DPW&T), Dept. of Permitting Inspection & Enforcement (DPIE), and Maryland Public Service Commission. Representatives will discuss tree trimming, downed tree limbs on power lines, insufficient street lighting, abandoned vehicles and road resurfacing. Residents will have the opportunity to ask questions and share concerns about related community issues.


This event is free and open to the public.
