[ARCHIVED] COUNCIL MEMBER HARRISON TO HOST BUSINESS FORUM HIGHLIGHTING PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES

County Connections, Making Intentional Connections Event - March 8

Prince George’s County Council Member Andrea C. Harrison (D) – District 5, in partnership with the Office of Central Services Supplier Development and Diversity Division, will host County Connections – Making Intentional Connections, a business forum designed to highlight public and private procurement opportunities in Prince George’s County. The forum will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Vista Gardens Conference Center, 10201 Martin Luther King Jr. Highway, in Bowie.

County Connections - Making Intentional Connections will feature presentations on procurement opportunities available to Prince George’s County business owners. Representatives from the financial industry will also be on hand to discuss funding opportunities. Projects and organizations to be represented include the Purple Line Project, Prince George's County Memorial Library System, Bowie State University and Prince George's Community College.
