[ARCHIVED] COUNCIL'S TRANSPORTATION, HOUSING AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE CONVENES SEPTEMBER 20

The Prince George’s County Council Committee on Transportation, Housing and Environment (THE) will convene on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, 1:30 p.m. in the County Administration Building, 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Drive, Council Committee Room 2027, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

September 20th THE Committee Meeting agenda items include the following proposed legislation:

LEGISLATION

CR-058-2017 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE 2008 WATER AND SEWER PLAN (APRIL 2017 CYCLE OF AMENDMENTS) for the purpose of changing the water and sewer category designations of properties within the 2008 Water and Sewer Plan.

CB-037-2017 AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSING AND PROPERTY STANDARDS for the purpose of amending the Prince George's County Housing and Property Standards ordinance and generally relating to housing and property standards.

CB-063-2017 AN ACT CONCERNING NUISANCE ABATEMENT BOARD for the purpose of amending the powers and duties of the Nuisance Abatement Board by authorizing the Board to enforce civil violations, and preside over administrative hearings pursuant to Subtitle 13, Division 12 of the County Code.

CB-064-2017 AN ACT CONCERNING ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS for the purpose of establishing the provisions for administrative hearings.
