Prince George’s County Council Member Wanika Fisher (District 2), Chair of the Health and Human Services Committee, is partnering with Prince George’s County Sheriff John Carr to host a Domestic Violence Coffee Chat to address domestic violence prevention, community resources, and law enforcement response efforts. This critical conversation will take place on Wednesday March 26, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mix and Mingle Coffee Lounge, 8923 Woodyard Rd, Clinton, MD 20735.
Residents will have the opportunity to engage directly with law enforcement and local officials to discuss strategies for improving community safety and offering support for survivors. Sheriff Carr will share insight on current efforts to address domestic violence and offer resources and information for those in need of assistance.
