COUNTY COUNCIL CONDUCTS PROPOSED FY 2023 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING MAY 2ND; BUDGET WORK SESSIONS CONTINUE
Residents Encouraged to Participate During Council’s Budget Process
The County Council will convene Monday, May 2nd at 5:00 p.m. for a hybrid public hearing on the Proposed FY 2023 Operating Budget, Six-Year Capital Program and the Prince George’s County Board of Education Portion of the County FY 2023 Operating Budget, Proposed Budget of the Redevelopment Authority and Revenue Authority, and the Constant Yield Tax Rate. Registration closes for public comment on May 1, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., after which registered participants will receive an email with information on joining the meeting. The Council will also conduct the following virtual budget work session on Monday, May 2nd:
10:00 a.m. Government, Operations and Fiscal Policy Committee
- Board of License Commissioners
- Office of Central Services
- Office of Finance
- Office of Management and Budget (Non-Departmental)
