COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE CONVENES MARCH 11TH FOR REVIEW OF APPOINTMENTS, LEGISLATION AND SCMAGLEV BRIEFING
Committee to Receive Briefing on Baltimore-Washington SCMAGLEV Project in Prince George’s County
The Council’s Committee of the Whole (COW) will convene virtually on Thursday, March 11th at 10:30 a.m.
The COW will review the Executive Appointment for Director of the County’s Department of Housing and Community Development, as well as proposed legislation. At 1:30 p.m., the COW will receive a briefing on the impact of the Baltimore-Washington SCMAGLEV Project in Prince George’s County, from Northeast Maglev Chairman and CEO, Wayne Rogers, and Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission Deputy General Counsel, Debra Borden. A citizen panel will also participate in the briefing.
