The Prince George’s County Council will reconvene on Wednesday, September 6th. Council Session, scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m., will include six (6) Public Hearings. Among the legislative measures scheduled for public hearings on Wednesday and/or eligible for final vote:
CB-044-2023 – legislation requiring gas stations to display the credit card price on their signs.
CB-065-2023 – an Act concerning Universal Design for housing.
CR-027-2023, a Council Resolution establishing a Task Force to study Electric Public Utility Location Practices and Procedures, is also scheduled for a final vote.
