The Prince George’s County Council and the Committee of the Whole (COW) will convene virtually on Tuesday, November 2nd.
Council Session, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., will include the Introduction of Council Resolution CR-128-2021, legislation concerning Planning Area Boundaries. The Council will also consider Proposed Correspondence and conduct Public Hearings for several zoning measures and Council Bills eligible for enactment. CR-082-2021, legislation concerning the Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement, and CR-087-2021, proposed legislation changing the water and sewer category designations of properties within the 2018 Water and Sewer Plan, will also be addressed.
The COW will convene virtually at 11:00 a.m. to review proposed legislation and a Transcript Analysis of the Proposed Minor Amendment to the 2004 Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment for the Prince George’s County Gateway Arts District.
