If you need assistance, please call PGC311 or 301-883-4748.  PGC311 is a one-stop call center that residents may call to get answers to questions and resolve non-emergency issues, such as scheduling bulky trash pickup, reporting property problems, and potholes. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm.

When you call and speak to one of the expert Community Relations Intake Representatives, you will share the concern you’d like addressed, and the Representative will provide you a Ticket Reference Number. Your matter of concern will be routed to the proper agency.

Once you receive that, feel free to contact Council Member Ivey’s office for further assistance by submitting a RESIDENT REQUEST and providing this reference number. We’ll ensure your matter is addressed.
