Nomination Subject to Council Approval

The Prince George’s County Council is aware that County Executive Angela Alsobrooks today announced Peter Shapiro as her nominee to replace retiring Prince George’s County Planning Board Chair Elizabeth Hewlett, Esq.   This appointment is subject to the approval of the County Council, which will review, when formally submitted, the qualifications of the County Executive’s nominee, pursuant to Council authority under State Law.
