On Tuesday, January 21st the Prince George’s County Council will hold a briefing with leaders from the Department of Public Works & Transportation to discuss snow removal operations. DPW&T Director Michael Johnson and DPW&T Deputy Directors Stacey Smalls and Oluseyi Olugbenle will join Council Members for the briefing.
The discussion will include how the county prepared for the snow event, the unexpected challenges faced, how those challenges were handled, and what improvements are planned for the future.
The briefing is part of the weekly Council meeting scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. in the Council hearing room on the first floor of the Wayne K. Curry Administration building at 1301 McCormick Dr., Largo, MD 20774.
