In partnership with the Burton & Craig Shields Foundation, WPGC FM 95.5, and El Zol, Community Cuts for Kids is a one-stop event designed to help students start the year feeling confident and prepared, with free resources, music, refreshments, and a positive community atmosphere.
We'll be offering:
Free Backpacks & School Supplies: Grab a new backpack filled with all the essential supplies, from notebooks and pens to folders and rulers.
Complimentary Haircuts: Local barbers will be on-site to give fresh, sharp haircuts, making sure every student looks their best on the first day.
Free Hair Braiding: Our talented stylists will provide free hair braiding services, so students can rock a new style with confidence.
