Residents will attend a presentation about the Subregion 1 Minor Plan Amendment project, which focuses on future development and infrastructure in and around Konterra and North Beltsville. Additionally, attendees will highlight key points from the community and stakeholders, review the updated draft plan language and proposed zoning changes, and provide feedback to inform the revisions to the plan and sectional map. Your input will help shape the official plan update!
