The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission has brought together a dedicated planning team to reimagine Marlboro Pike through the Marlboro Pike Urban Land Institute (ULI) Project. Residents are invited to participate in this incredible opportunity to shape the future of our neighborhood. Discussion topics will include:
- Designs that can be used to improve walkability;
- Ideas for encouraging revitalization of existing residential and commercial centers;
- Recommendations for where public facilities could be provided;
