The Joint Public Hearing of the Prince George’s County Council, sitting as the District Council, and the M-NCPPC Prince George’s County Planning Board on the Staff Draft West Hyattsville-Queens Chapel Sector Plan and Proposed Sectional Map Amendment (SMA), scheduled for Monday, July 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. has been canceled. The hearing will be rescheduled for September. The record of public hearing testimony will remain open until the rescheduled hearing closes in accordance with the local zoning laws. Testimony and any affidavits already submitted remain valid and do not need to be resubmitted, unless circumstances otherwise require resubmission in accordance with law.
