Prince George's County Council Member At-Large Calvin S. Hawkins, II, in partnership with City of Praise Ministries, Prince George's County Department of Permitting, Inspections & Enforcement (DPIE), the Maryland National Capital Park & Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) will host a Community Development Roundtable on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 11:00am.

Attendees will learn the processes involved with development in Prince George’s County to include an explanation of the development application process, management of physical growth, planned communities, and how to search for and track applications. Representatives from DPIE and M-NCPPC will be on hand to answer additional questions about the permitting process, business licensing, and processes for the development of unused land throughout the County.
