The FreeHer Campaign is a national issue advocacy, distributed organizing campaign centered around developing a shared strategy to end incarceration of women and girls and transform the criminal legal system to community-led systems based on justice as healing. The FreeHer Meet & Greet provides an opportunity to connect, share experiences with FreeHer advocates.

On April 24th, join Council Member Oriadha in honoring the 10th anniversary of the first FreeHer Rally on April 24, 2024 in Washington, D.C. The purpose of this FreeHer Rally March and Rally is to uplift the national FreeHer campaign to end the incarceration of women and girls and shift resources currently spent on women's jails and prisons, to investment in Reimagining Communities and what different looks like for addressing poverty, mental illness, lack of educational resources, and lack of housing.
