Why should I complete the Census?

There’s a lot at stake in the 2020 Census. Having a complete count ensures Prince George’s County gets enough resources to fund schools, public assistance, and gets adequate representation in government. Due to being undercounted in the 2010 Census, we lost $363 million over the last 10 years as a County. Moreover, completing the Census is required by law.

Everyone should complete the Census. Irrespective of immigration status, income, or age, every person in the United States on April 1, 2020 must be counted.
